What began as a summer job in college has led to nearly 30 years of combined experience while directly serving more than 1,800 realtors, mortgage brokers, and business owners across Canada. The Sharp Gifts team have grown their individual business while building the Cutco Closing Gifts brand with their colleagues, seeking to share the power of appreciation and giving without strings attached. Through memorable gift offerings and the modelling of a giving mindset – our team is committed to helping our clients build strong repeat and referral based businesses.
We are knife ninjas through and through, with a passion for exceeding every client’s needs and impacting the lives of those we partner with. After 15 years of in-home sales and service , building her client base to 3000 clients almost 100% through referral, Vonny along with a pioneering colleague took on the opportunity in Canada to blaze the trail & bring Cutco Closing Gifts to their local real estate industries in 2007. 13 short years later she is leading her team to spread the word across Canada and continue to nurture deep local roots and serve their local communities.

Vonny Fast
Cutco Hall of Fame member Vonny Fast is the #1 rep in Canada and the #4 rep in the history of Cutco – a 70 year old company.
When Cutco Closing Gifts was piloted in 2007 , Vonny and a few colleagues brought the program to Canada’s Realtors and Mortgage Brokers.
She has presented her thoughts on building a repeat and referral based business in addition to being a speaker at various Real estate offices, Mortgage companies and Mastermind groups across Canada.
She attributes her success to a desire to bring value, a strong belief that business is all about relationships, and a deep commitment to being a student of the business.
Aron Goeken
Aron has been with Cutco since 2016 and is passionate about helping Realtors and business owners build powerful referral-based businesses through strategic gifting.
He believes the real magic happens after the sale — when clients feel seen, valued, and appreciated. His systems help turn one-time transactions into loyal relationships and consistent referrals.
A husband, father, and mountain lover, he brings heart, strategy, and a deep respect for relationships to everything he does.


Alana Leiva
Alana Leiva started her Cutco career in 2006 and has played many different roles with company.
Her dedication to servicing her clients at the highest level and building relationships is her top priority.
Alana believes she meets people for a reason and is very grateful she gets to work such amazing people.
Shay Herman
Shay has held many roles in the CUTCO business since 2019 and has a passion for helping her clients achieve their goals in business!
Shay loves building strong relationships with her clients through her dedication to above and beyond customer service and an eye for detail.
